SITE: Charleston Civic Center, 200 Civic Center Drive, Charleston, WV

RULES: Modified National Federation High School Rules (minimum rest between matches and maximum number of matches not in effect). Hair code & fingernails will be enforced by referees. Hair cover (if required) must be with wrestler at weigh in. Head gear required for 15 and 18 & under age groups.

ENTRY DEADLINE: Must be received by March 11, 2008. Must make weight entered. No changes at weigh-in. Mail or deliver to World of Wrestling or WOW, 16112 South Lewis, Bixby, OK 74008-5301. Entries that are postmarked on or before deadline but not received by committee will not be accepted. Overnight or Traceable mail strongly recommended if mailed. Include (SASE) self addressed, stamped envelope for confirmation if mailed.

FEE: Pre-entry of $35.00. (Online registration or Cashier’s Check/Money Order Only!) to be paid by 8:00 PM March 11, 2008. Wrestler may enter only one weight class and only one age group. No moving after entry deadline. Official Entry Form must be used for entry. Please pay and enter as a team when possible. No refunds! See above for online registration.

FORMAT: Collegiate Style. Double Elimination – Challenge for second format. All wrestlers losing their first two matches will automatically go into a single elimination "hard luck bracket". Those wrestlers will be randomly drawn and compete for medals for first and second place. Referee decisions final. All protests to be directed to tournament directors. All age protests must be made before final match of first day of wrestling for that particular age group. Birth certificates must be available if requested by tournament directors.

All finals same as preliminary times.

AWARDS: 1st through 4th place awards. 1st and 2nd place medals in the "hard luck" tournament. Outstanding award in each age group based on a champion with most falls in least amount of time (including technical falls.) Each age group will have a team champion based on criteria 7-4-2-1; if tied, second criteria will be highest placement. All Star Teams cannot compete for team awards. Must be present to win awards. “Qualifier for the World All Star Team”

Special guests: Danny Hodge, Shane Roller and Pat Smith expected and others tba.

All ages-enter online-$20 fee-World Class techs
3:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Weigh In for all age groups
6:30 PM: Opening Ceremonies 
7:00 PM: Wrestling begins for all age groups
Hard Luck Tournament will begin as soon as bracket allows

Saturday, March 22, 2008 
8:00 AM Wrestling begins for all age groups through finals

Jack- After eight or nine years of attending your tournaments, I have become more impressed each and every year. We have come to realize that we should attend at a minimum the first three of your tournaments every year. Due to each state's high school governing bodies, not everyone can attend Tulsa National's or Kick Off or even Reno. We have found that in the fifteen and under division you will have different kids at each tournament. This makes it exciting and challenging to wrestle different kids with different styles and not the very same kids all of the time.
