PLACE: Expo Square Exchange One Center, 1701 S. Louisville (Tulsa Fairgrounds), Tulsa, Oklahoma
RULES: Novice wrestlers only. A novice is a first or second year wrestler that has never placed first or second in an open tournament with 6 or more wrestlers in the bracket including themself. Modified National Federation High School Rules (minimum rest between matches and maximum number of matches in a day not in effect). Hair code & fingernails will be enforced by referees. Hair cover (if required) must be with wrestler at weigh-in.
ENTRY DEADLINE: 9:00 PM Saturday, January 3, 2009. Entries must be RECEIVED by 1-3-2009. Online Registration or Mail to: 16112 South Lewis, Bixby, Oklahoma 74008-5301 or bring to World of Wrestling, same address. Overnight or traceable mail strongly recommended if mailed. Include self-addressed stamped envelope for confirmation if mailed. TOURNAMENT INFORMATION – SEE PHONE NUMBERS ABOVE. NO LATE ENTRIES. PRE-PAY AND PRE-ENTER. NO CHANGES AT WEIGH-IN.
FEE: Pre-entry of $25.00 payable to TULSA NATIONALS to be paid by 9:00 PM, Saturday, January 3, 2009. CASHIER'S CHECKS/MONEY ORDERS ONLY if not registering online! Wrestler may enter only one weight class and only one age group. NO MOVING. Novice Nationals entry forms must be used for entries. Please pay and enter as a team when possible. No refunds!
FORMAT: Collegiate style. Double Elimination. Referee decisions final. All protests to be directed to tournament directors. All age protests must be made before final match Friday night. Birth certificates must be available. No cameras allowed on floor!

WEIGH-INS: Friday, January 16, 2009, 3:00 PM till 4:30 PM at Expo Square Exchange One Center. No additional weigh-ins. STATE ISSUED BIRTH CERTIFICATES REQUIRED IF REQUESTED BY TOURNAMENT OFFICIALS. NO HOSPITAL CERTIFICATES ACCEPTED. WEIGH IN BY WEIGHTS per age group.
Must make weight in competition singlet. Hair cover (if required) must be with wrestler at weigh-in.
TIME PERIODS: All age groups 1-1-1 including finals. Overtime – NFHS rules.
AWARDS: Fantastic trophies for top four placers in each weight class.
